In what currency are the prices on the website displayed?

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. The average shipping time is 2 days.
Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@osercollection.com.
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You will need to pay for the return shipping yourself. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase amount. Please include your name and order number on the return package.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you can use our easy return system to receive a full refund.
I entered a wrong address, what should I do?
If you have entered a wrong address or an address that was auto-filled, please reply to the order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. After you have verified that the provided address is incorrect, you can inform us by email at info@osercollection.com. If the provided address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours. After 24 hours of entering an incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
